Washing drums (barrels) and pallet containers of the capacity of 1000l takes place automatically. In a washing process a technological line of the company „IDEA MACHINE” type IM-260 B-33 FINLANDIA made for the needs of EKO.REcycling is used.

Ceny mycia:

  • washing barrels – the price established individually in relation to the dirt

  • washing pallet containers – the price established individually in relation to the dirt

  • possibility of collecting and delivering barrels and pallet containers IBC

Machine general parameters:

  • 3-level washing system (washing + double rinsing)
  • working in a closed-cycle
  • automatic control of external and internal washing
  • water softener on entering (iodine exchanger)
  • automatic oil separator

Daily productivity:

  • 660 barrels of 200l
  • 130 pallet containers of 1000l

The company possesses permission for waste production made while washing.

Barrels and pallet containers which do not meet norms as recycled packagings will be withdrawn from usage and subjected to the material recycling process.
